摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence frequency of a re-transmission processing in multicast distribution and to improve the rate of a whole distribution processing by transmitting data to a relay network at a rate adjusted to a reserved band and repeating re-transmission until data correctly reaches from a transmission terminal. SOLUTION: A relay network 12 is provided with a resource reservation mechanism for reserving a band required for the copy function, the route control and the distribution of data for multicast distribution to all reception terminals 13-15 or a partial set from a transmission terminal 11. The transmission terminal 11 checks the size of the band that can be reserved on all the routes to the reception terminals 13-15 prior to data transmission and reserves the same band that can be reserved. The transmission terminal 11. transmits data to the relay network 12 at speed adjusted to the reserved band. When data which does not arrive the reception terminals 13-15 exists, re-transmission is repeated until data correctly reaches from the transmission terminal 11.

The layer 2-forwarding router 10 retrieves no path table managed by the network layer on the basis of information of the IP header but retrieves the flow, table on the basis of information of a data link header to decide a transfer destination of a received packet.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent packet losses from being generated in a terminal and to prevent throughput or network use efficiency from deteriorating. SOLUTION: A data communication protocol for operating flow control between a transport layer and a data link layer is realized. (1) When the activity ratio of a packet buffer 3 in a data link layer is over a first threshold value, the data link layer communicates the interrupt of packet transfer to a transport layer. When the activity ratio is not higher than a second threshold value and smaller than the first threshold value, the data link layer requests the resumption of packet transfer to the transport layer. (2) At the time of operating packet transfer from the transport layer to the lower rank layer, packet transfer is operated when the packet amount is not more than a value decided from the transfer speed and the maximum burst size, and when the the packet amount is more than the value, the packet transfer is operated after the lapse of a decided time, and the speed is suppressed to a constant value.

CONSTITUTION: The present invention relates to an uninterruptible power supply system comprising a power converter 2 that is fed with power from an a.c or d.c. power supply 1 and outputs a required d.c. voltage to a load device 4; and a storage battery 3 that is connected to the output terminals of the power converter 2 in parallel, and that is floating-charged when the power converter 2 is in operation and supplies the load device 4 with power when the power converter 2 is out of operation. Thus the preset output voltage of the power converter 2 is reduced to a level at which the load device 4 is capable of properly operating. The storage battery 3 is thereby discharged, and its terminal voltage is measured. The time taken for the voltage to reach the discharge and voltage, is estimated based on the rate of the terminal voltage drop.

摘要： PURPOSE:To block a short circuit current from flowing into an input power supply when a switch for disconnecting a permanent current switch employing a superconductor, an input power supply and a superconducting magnet is operated in a superconducting energy storing unit. CONSTITUTION:A high speed bypass switch 6 is connected in parallel with a permanent current switch 2 and feed in/feed out and retaining of electric energy in a superconducting magnet 1 are performed by means of a switch 5 for transiently disconnecting the superconducting magnet 1 from a DC input power supply 9 and the bypass switch 6 so that short circuit current does not flow into the DC input power supply 9. The permanent current switch 2 is turned ON/OFF within ON interval of the bypass switch 6 by detecting currents flowing through the switches 2, 6 thus retaining the electric energy. Consequently, concurrent turn ON of the disconnecting switch 5 and the permanent current switch 2 is prevented thus preventing a short circuit current from flowing into the DC input power supply 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To limit an output voltage and to control the abnormal increase of an output ripple voltage nearby a resonant frequency by connecting pairs of diodes of more than one, which are connected in parallel in a reversed polarity, in parallel with an inductor and clamping the voltages of both terminals in the inductor by means of the pairs of the diodes. CONSTITUTION:An input ripple voltage Vin (AC) is normally compressed by the inductor 1 and a capacitor 5, and it turns into the output ripple Vout (AC). In the input ripple voltage Vin (AC) nearby the resonance frequency f1 of the inductor 1 and the capacitor 5, Vin (AC) becomes larger than Vout (AC) by the resonance of the inductor 1 and the capacitor 5. Consequently, diodes 3 and 4 are turned ON, the voltages of both terminals in the inductor 1 are clamped in the voltages in the forward direction of the diodes 3 and 4 so as to limit Vout (AC). Thus, a resonant phenomenon nearby the resonance frequency (f) of the inductor 1 and the capacitor 5 can be controlled and the abnormal increase of the output ripple voltage of a low pass filter nearby f1 can be reduced.

Further, a distrib uted capacitance 13 is charged in a reverse direction and the polarity thereof reversed is in order to increase the exciting current of the transformer. Accord ing to this method, the inductance of a primary winding and the exciting induct ance of the main winding of a choke coil 8 are selected in such a manner where by an electric power may be supplied to a load without narrowing the pulse width of an output current.
