    • A blood purification device allows confirming whether a specific peak is provided by a means, such as a ultrafiltration pump, to concentrate the blood or not and also allows measuring certainly and accurately a blood re-circulation with reduction of parameters which can provide a ratio of re-circulating blood. The blood purification device including blood circuit route 1 composed of arterial blood circuit route 1a and venous blood circuit route 1b, blood pump 3, dialyzer 2, water removal pump 8 which can provide the specific peak in the variation of blood concentration by removing water rapidly in a short period of time, and detecting means detecting said specific peak, can measure the blood re-circulation based on the specific peak detected by the detecting means. The re-circulating blood flowing is the blood which was introduced again to arterial blood circuit route 1a after it had been returned to a patient from venous blood circuit route 1b. The detecting means includes first detecting means 5a installed in arterial blood circuit route 1a and second detecting means 5b installed in venous blood circuit route 1b.

    • [PROBLEMS] To provide a blood dialyzing apparatus capable of detecting removal of a puncture needle from a patient undergoing blood dialysis accurately by monitoring the potential difference at a predetermined portion while imparting a voltage to the blood flowing through a blood circuit, and capable of suppressing an increase of the manufacturing cost of a disposable blood circuit. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The blood dialyzing apparatus comprises an artery side blood circuit (1a) and a vein side blood circuit (1b), a blood pump (3), a dialyzer (2), a blood dialyzator body (6) having a dialysis liquid introduction line(L1) and a dialysis liquid discharge line (L2), a voltage imparting means (5), a potential detecting means (12), and a means (15) for monitoring removal of a puncture needle from a patient while referencing the potential detected by the detection means (12). The voltage imparting means (5) has one electrode (5a) interposed between an artery side puncture needle (a) in the artery side blood circuit (1a) and the blood pump (3), and the other electrode (5b) arranged in the dialysis liquid discharge line (L2).

    • Provided is a blood purification apparatus which can continue to accurately monitor a blood purification treatment state even if treatment conditions are changed during blood purification treatment. The blood purification apparatus can perform real-time monitoring on the blood purification treatment state, based on a concentration change in a discharge solution which is obtained by an arithmetic device (12). The blood purification apparatus includes a treatment condition change device (13) that sets or changes treatment conditions as requested, and that causes a discharge solution concentration sensor (5) to previously detect concentration of the discharge solution under the respective treatment conditions, and a storage device (14) that stores the concentration of the discharge solution under the respective treatment conditions which is detected by the discharge solution concentration sensor (5) in the treatment condition change device (13), as a first predetermined value corresponding to the respective treatment conditions. When the treatment conditions are changed during blood purification treatment, the arithmetic device (12) obtains the concentration change in the discharge solution, based on the first predetermined value corresponding to the changed treatment conditions among the first predetermined values stored in the storage device (14).
