    • A control system for a magnetic type bearing is fed back a signal from a position sensor with respect to a floating member to effect control such as phase compensation so that the magnetic type bearing is actively employed. In order to change unstabilizing force produced by the magnetic type bearing in a specified frequency range to stabilizing force, a first signal obtained by causing the signal from the position sensor to pass through a first filter having a cut-off frequency range corresponding to a predetermined frequency range in which stabilization is to be attained and a second signal obtained by causing a signal having an opposite polarity to that of the signal from the position sensor to pass through a second filter having a passing frequency range which is substantially identical with the predetermined frequency range are added to each other and the addition signal is fed back to an electromagnet.

    • The device for heating apparatus for heating steel plate comprising a leading phase angle setting circuit which is supplied with a detection voltage signal from an output side of a high frequency inverter connected to a load circuit to supply a leading phase angle signal to gates of thyristors constituting the high frequency inverter. A phase control circuit is provided in the way of a voltage detection circuit which is supplied with the detection voltage signal from the output side of the high frequency inverter to control a phase of the detection voltage signal periodically. A series inductor is provided in the form of a power supply bus line connected to an induction heating coil, a magnetic member provided to be able to be inserted into and taken out from the series inductor, and a drive device which drives the magnetic member to be inserted into and taken out from the inductor. The frequency of the power source used in the induction heating is a parallel resonance frequency of an inductance of the induction heating coil and a capacitance of a condenser connected in parallel with the coil and provided in the power source, while since the inductance of the inductor is varied by inserting a ferrite core driven by the drive device into and taking out from the inductor, the parallel resonance frequency is varied and the vibration of the plated steel plate is varied periodically. A magnetic flux density alleviating means disposed in a solenoid coil constituting the induction heating coil for alleviating the magnetic fluxes concentrating in edge portions of the steel plate.
