    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of an ultrasonic delay medium and to ensure the long time reliability by pressing a background electrode, an electrode of an input output transducer and an upright projection of a lead frame terminal into contact through the contact of a metal made spring. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic delay medium 16 is assembled in a case 11 and input output transducers 18a, 18b are bonded onto background electrodes 17a, 17b. When the medium 16 is assembled in the case 11, upright projections 12a, 15a of lead frame terminals 12, 15 are in contact with the electrodes 17a, 17b and upright projections 12a, 15a of lead frames 13, 14 are in contact with the electrodes 19a, 19b of the transducers 18a, 18b respectively. A metal made spring 20 is an L-shaped spring in contact with two adjacent end faces apart remotest from a slope end face on which the transducers 18a, 18b are bonded. Then an undesired signal absorbing member 21 is coated to a side face of the medium 16. The assembled medium 16 is pushed by the spring 20 to press the electrodes 17a, 17b, the electrodes 19a, 19b and the upright projections 12a-15a into contact with each other.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to ignite the unburnt gas to generate flame even when the flame of a lighter is blown out by wind, etc., by holding and fixing a catalyst wire and flame panel at a constant position with respect to two upper and lower ignition nozzle rings and providing the flame panel above the outer diameter of the coil section of the catalyst wire. CONSTITUTION:A flame panel 3 is mounted on the engagement projection section 1b so as to make the positioning engagement section 3b that is installed at the outside ring section 3a engage the V-groove section 1c of a lower ignition nozzle ring 1, and the flame panel 3 is snatching and fixed between both rings 1 and 2. A catalyst wire 4 mode of platinum wire, etc., and formed in a coil mounts its straight end section 4a in the V-groove section 1c of the lower ignition nozzle 1 for positioning, and next a flame panel 3 is mounted on the ring 1 so as to press an upper ignition nozzle ring 2 into the lower ignition nozzle ring 1, and the straight end section 4a is bent and held by stepped sections 1a and 2a, and it is snatched and fixed to the side of the bottom section between the lower ignition nozzle ring 1 and upper ignition nozzle ring 2. With this arrangement, even if the flame is blown off temporarily by wind, etc., catalyst combustion is restarted by the catalyst wire 4 because the flame panel 3 is provided, and the ordinary combustion is also restarted.

    • PURPOSE:To make a piezoelectric relay resistible to dust and humidity and easier for handling by setting the piezoelectric unimorph provided with a traveling contact from a flat opening in the casing thickness direction of a casing case, and installing another sealing cover in the flat opening of the casing case. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric unimorph 5 is made up into a form similar to the disc or the round form that stuck a flexible plate consisting of a sheetlike piezoelectric element 6 and a conductive material of metal or the like. And, a traveling contact 8 is attached to a tip of the unimorph 5, while a casing case 9 cases the unimorph 5 and it is set in from flat opening in the casing thickness direction, fixing 1/3-1/5 or so of the outer diameter of the unimorph 5 to a support part 9a of the case 9. And, the flat opening of the case 9 is sealed with a sealing cover 11. When 1/3 or so of the outer diameter is supported and fixed like this, displacement and displacement load of the unimorph 5 can be efficiently taken out, thus such a piezoelectric relay that is resistible to dust and humidity owing to the sealing cover is produced.
