    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily eliminate clogging by concrete lumps in a hopper by providing a bar-like projecting axis going in and out of the hopper by action of an actuator on the side wall of the hopper fitted to a feeding port of a crusher. SOLUTION: A round hole 16 is made in a side wall 15 of a hopper 13 fitted to a feeding port 12 of a crusher 1, and also a projecting axis 17 fitting the inside diameter of the round hole 16 is installed in a cylindrical body 18 freely movably forwards and backwards. The cylindrical body 18 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 19 in the outer end part thereof, and its actuating axis 20 is connected to the outer end part of the projecting axis 17. Concrete lumps 14 fed into the hopper 13 fall between a receiving tooth part 4 and a pressing tooth part 6 of the crusher 1 from the feeding port 12 to crush them. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder 19 is operated, for example, every 10 min to periodically make the projecting axis 17 go in and out of the hopper 13 and push and move them, thereby pulling down the concrete lumps in a bridged state in the hopper 13 to normally and smoothly feed the concrete lumps 14 into the feeding port 12.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the dumping cost of industrial waste and manufacturing cost of road paving material by making the road paving material by means of mixing a certain amount of powdered waste, made through drying filtered dregs of sludge water, in asphalt compound. CONSTITUTION:Gravel, sand and the like are separated and collected from washing water obtained when a concrete mixer truck is washed and the remaining sludge water is stirred up in a stirring tank. The sludge water is then pumped up with a pump, force feeded with high pressure to a filter press where moisture is filtered. The remaining filtered dregs are solidified by drying in the sun or by blowing hot air, the solid bodies crushed to small clods by running them through a crusher and further milled to powder by milling the clods. The powdered waste is mixed in the asphalt compound to a weight percentage of 3 to 10%, crevices in the coarse aggregate filled with the powder waste and made into one substance with the asphalt. Thus industrial waste can be srapped safely with low cost and the quality of the road paving material can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost of a roadbed material and, at the same time, realize its pollution control by a method wherein a proper ratio of dehydrated cakes and returned concrete are mixed and agitated together and then placed in a form so as to be taken out as a matter under semi-set state in order to be crushed with a crusher after being hardened under the condition being left freely in the open air. SOLUTION: The mixture of dehydrated cakes 2 delivered from a mixer 16 and returned concrete 17 is carried by a screw conveyor 20 and then placed through a hose 22 into a form 21. Mixtures placed in the respective compartments of the form 21 are turned into semi-set state by being left for one night in the form 21. The semi-set matters 33 formed in blocks are pushed out of the respective compartments of the form 21 so as to be formed into fixed formed blocks by being hardened under the condition being left freely in the open air. The resultant block is further crushed with a crusher 41 to proper size and classified in sizes by being passed through a vibrating screen 42 in order to obtain matters having proper particle diameter for employing as roadbed material.

In addition, a bearing 9 is provided in the drainage water receiving conduit 3 to support a screw 10 extending to the outlet in the drainage water receiving conduit 3 and returning raw concrete discharged from a mixer car 2 is gradually fed into a coarse aggregate recovery apparatus in accordance with pushing water flow and rotational movement of the screw 10.
