摘要： A thermoplastic resin composition comprising a melt mixed product of (A) 70 to 98% by weight of at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of polyamides, polyacetals, polyesters, and polycarbonates and (B) 30 to 2% by weight of ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin powder having an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 10 dl/g or more, measured in decalin at 135° C, and having an average particle size of 80 µm or less and having a particle size distribution such that substantially all of the powder particles pass through a sieve having a sieve number of 100 and at least 20% by weight of the total powder particles pass through a sieve having a sieve number of 350.
This thermoplastic resin composition has excellent abrasion resistance, excellent impact resistance, and a high critical PV value.

摘要： A process for polymerizing olefins in the gaseous phase in separate first and second gas-phase polymerization zones in the presence of a catalyst comprising a transition metal catalyst component and an organometallic compound of a metal of Groups I to H1 of the periodic table and of hydrogen gas while feeding the catalyst-containing polymer formed in the first zone to the second zone through a feed passage, wherein
( i) a dilution zone is provided in the feed passage for diluting a feed flow from the first zone, which feed flow comprises a mixture of polymer, catalyst, olefin gas and hydrogen gas, with a fresh supply of olefin gas, (ii) a part of the gas phase in said feed flow diluted in the dilution zone is recycled to the first zone, and the remainder is fed into the second zone, and (iii) in the second zone, the hydrogen to olefin mole ratio is maintained lower than that in the first zone.

摘要： An ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyolefin composition having excellent stretchability, storage stability and transportation stability is obtained by mixing a powder of an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyolefin with a normally solid flowability improver at a temperature lower than the melting point of the polyolefin to form a dispersion, and then melt-kneading the dispersion. This composition is useful for the production of stretched articles such as stretched filaments.
