摘要： PURPOSE:To enable detection of the position of trouble immediately with the occurrence thereof by measuring a current flowing through a detecting line which is parallel to an earthing metal container containing an electric apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric gas 2 such as SF6 is filled up in an earthing metal container 1, in the central part of which an electric apparatus 3 such as a charging member of conductor is contained in insulation. When this apparatus 3 falls in trouble, a discharge 10 occurs inside a gas insulation bus, and parts of a resistance wire 51 and an electrode 52 forming a detecting line 5 parallel to the container 1, which correspond to the position of trouble of the apparatus 3, discharge electricity instantaneously. Thereby a current corresponding to the position of trouble flows through the intermediary of a DC power source 7 and is detected by an ammeter 8. By this constitution, the position of occurrence of the trouble can be detected immediately when the trouble occurs.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of the magnitude of abnormal discharge by comparing a potential vibration of a metal container by a pulse current with a potential vibration thereof by an abnormal discharge of an electric insulation equipment. CONSTITUTION:The capacitance 9 in an equivalence circuit is as such formed with a metal container 3, a dielectric 7 and a trapping electrode 6 while the capacitance 14 as such formed with the container 3, the dielectric 7 and an application electrode 12. Therefore, when currents to be fed to ground impedances 10 respectively from a reference power source 13 and an abnormal discharge power source 11 are represented by ic and id and the value of the ground impedance Z, the potential difference of the ground impedance 10 by the currents is expressed by the potential difference of the impedance Z by the current ic Vc=icXZ and the potential difference of the impedance Z by the current id Vd=idXZ and hence, id=icXVd/Vc is established by both the expressions. The magnitude of the current fed from the abnormal discharge power source 11, namely, the abnormal discharge can be detected from both the potential differences and the value of current applied from the reference power source 13 even when the ground impedance is unknown.
