The elongate structure (2) further has an elongate bracket part (5) along the elongate structure (2) protruding in a direction from the elongate structure (2) in the opposite direction of the roof attachment part (3). The elongate bracket part (5) extends from the second end (6) of the elongate structure (2) and along at least half the length of the elongate structure (2). The elongate bracket part (5) has mounting structures (7) at its distal side (8) from the elongate structure (2). The elongate bracket part has a recess (9) adapted for holding a pvc pipe running in a perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the elongate bracket part (5).
