The fluid sand heating unit is installed in the inner bottom of the main body and incinerates waste inputted through the waste inlet. The hot air supply unit heats fluid sand using hot air. The fluid sand inlet sends the fluid sand to the fluid sand heating unit. The fluid sand circulation unit collects deviated fluid sand and re-puts the collected fluid sand to the fluid sand inlet.

    • PURPOSE: A waste treatment and recycling system using a fluidized incinerator is provided to save energy to drive a crane and heat a fluidized incinerator since burning is made after leachate is pre-heated by the heat of dry exhaust gas. The sludge drying unit dries sewage sludge and transfers the dried sludge to the waste receiving unit. The fluidized incinerator incinerates waste and leachate by fluidized sand heated by a hot-air supply unit.
