    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an object look as if the object emits light or develops a color without working the object such as a ball, a rope or a protective mask and without damaging the function of the object.
      SOLUTION: A ball cover 2 to be detachably and externally mounted on the ball (object) 1 is provided. The ball cover 2 is provided with a sensor 4 for detecting the size of impact force applied to the ball 1, a plurality of side face light emitting cables 5 and a center unit 3 for performing an arithmetic processing on the basis of the output signals of the sensor 4 and controlling the light emission of the side face light emitting cables 5 corresponding to the result of the arithmetic processing. By mounting the ball cover 2 on a regular ball 1, the ball looks as if the ball 1 emits the light or changes the color corresponding to the size of the impact force applied to the ball 1. When the ball cover 2 is detached, the ball 1 is returned to the original state of the regular ball.

As a result, the glove outputs the evaluation to the nature of the pitching by voices from the glove part, emits light, or develops the color depending on the nature of the pitching.

Visible display can be performed even in a dark place with no illumination light by using a light-accumulating phosphor as a fluorescent substance.
