摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain patterns with protuberances by preliminarily making many sheet products of patterns. CONSTITUTION:Characters, gold or silver lacquered patterns, family crests or etc. are printed by screen process printing on a wax paper or a teflon coated mount with paints that are not soluble in solvents when dried and a protuberant pattern 2 is formed. After drying, a strippable paint is applied all over the surface of the patterns 2. An adhesive film 4 is put over it and contact bonded with pressure when dried, and the film is lifted to remove the pattern 2 from the mount 1, and thereinafter, an adhesive 5 is applied all over its reverse and, at the same time, a mold parting paper 6 is pasted on it. After removal of the mold parting paper 6, the pattern is placed on the desired position of the material 8 to be contact bonded, and the adhesive film 4 on the top is removed later.
