    • Methods and apparatus for enabling local content sharing are described. A wireless transmit/receive unit WTRU (1005) transmits a non-access stratum NAS message with a content sharing session request to a network entity (1035). The network entity verifies that the WTRU and a sharing WTRU (1010) are allowed to participate in a content sharing session. Upon verification, the network entity sends a NAS response with the content sharing session set-up information to the WTRU and sends a resource allocation request for the content sharing session to other network entities. The WTRU establishes the content sharing session between the WTRU and sharing WTRU (1005, 1010, 935, 930) using a local gateway LGW (905, 1025) connection absent non-local entity connections and transmits content between the WTRU and the other WTRU using the LGW connection during the content sharing session.

    • Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed to a method of establishing a wireless connection. The wireless connection may be an interiace between an eNodeB and a proximity server. The interface may a direct interface between the eNodeB and the proximity server, for example, such that Ac only node between a wireless transmit/recei ve unit (WTRU) and the proximity server on the interface is the eNodeB. The interface may be a user plane interface. An eNodeB may receive an indication to set up the interface between the eNodeB and the proximity server. The indication may be a SlAP message received from a mobility management entity (M.ME), an RRC.message received from the WTRU, and/or the eNodeB discovenog the proximity server. Upon receiviog the indication, the eNodeB may establish the interlace between the eNodeB and the proximity server. The eNodeB and/or the proximity server may utilize unique session identification to identify the WTRU.

    • Embodiments contemplate paging and system information broadcast handling for multi- SIM WTRUs using mobile networks to access resources and/or services. Embodiments also contemplate paging and system information broadcast handling for multi-SIM WTRUs and/or non-SIM WTRUs using mobile networks to access virtualized resources and/or services. Embodiments contemplate that a WTRU may determine to monitor a plurality of mobile networks. Paging occasions to monitor at least one of the mobile networks may be based on a common WTRU ID. The WTRU ID may be provided by a node supporting access to the virtualized resources or services. Paging occasions for a first network may be determined by a second network based on paging related parameters and other information of the first communication network. A change in system information of a first network may be signaled to a second network for indication to a WTRU.
