摘要： A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may send to a network node a registration request message requesting to register with the network and indicating that the WTRU is capable of preserving, when the WTRU becomes unavailable to the network, context information associated with the communications between the WTRU and the network. The network node may indicate in a registration accept message that the network supports the preservation of context information when the WTRU becomes unavailable to the network. Based on a determination that the WTRU will become unavailable to the network, the WTRU may send to the network a message indicating a request to preserve the context information. The message may comprise an indication of a time period during which the WTRU will be unavailable.

A method comprising receiving, by a non-access stratum, NAS, layer of a wireless transmit/receive unit, WTRU, and from an application server, a coordination identifier; sending, by the WTRU and to a core network entity, a request to establish a protocol data unit, PDU, session, wherein the request comprises the coordination identifier; receiving, by the WTRU, configuration information associated with the coordination identifier and the PDU session, wherein the configuration information comprises one or more rules associated with the PDU session that are to be coordinated with one or more rules associated with other PDU sessions; and receiving, by the WTRU, from the core network entity, a message indicating establishment of the PDU session.

摘要： A communication method implemented on a 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) communication network includes providing an attachment between a group member of a communication group and a group application server, detecting a detachment between the group member and the group application server, and reestablishing the attachment by the 3GPP communication network. A Mobility Management Entity (MME) may provide the attachment. A Group Communication Service Enabler Application Server (GCSE AS) or a Multipoint Service (MuSe) functionality may detect the detachment. The attachment may be reestablished according to the MuSe functionality. A group communication bearer may have a first priority level for allocating resources to the group communication bearer, and a second priority level for allocating resources to the non-group communication bearer. The second priority level may be different from the first priority level. Different Quality Control Indexes (QCIs) may be provided to the group communication bearer and the non-group communication bearer.

摘要： Methods, apparatus, and systems are disclosed for handover of a Wireless Transmitter/Receiver Unit (WTRU) moving between a local network and another network. The WTRU established a local IP access (LIPA) session in the local network via a first Access Point (AP). The method includes receiving, by a second AP in the other network, a request to connect to the other network; and transitioning the LIPA session in the local IP network to a managed remote access (MRA) session in the other network. The transitioning includes establishing a path between the first AP and the second AP via a gateway, and informing the gateway of the transition to the MRA session.

The UE may reserve, based on the one or more available slots, one or more resources of the one or more candidate resources. The UE may send, via one or more of the reserved resources, the sidelink transmission.
