    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold nozzle mechanism for a hot runner die which prevents development of stringiness and curtails die production cost.
      SOLUTION: An in-mold nozzle 26, which is arranged on a runner 27 facing a cavity of a hot runner die 10, is equipped with a heating means 36, a heat insulation gutter 37 and a heat transfer ring 38 in sequence with a resin flow line on a peripheral surface 35 of the nozzle. The heat insulation gutter prevents heat propagation from the heating means to a nozzle edge while the heat transfer ring passes heat from the nozzle edge to the die. This allows effective cooling of the resin around the nozzle edge and prevents, when a molding is released from the die, a stringiness development between a runner part of the molding and the edge of the in-mold nozzle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mold opening operation without allowing an undercut part to interfere with a fixed mold while holding a molded article by a movable mold and to bend the arcuate part of the molded article while holding the arcuate part, side part and bent part of the molded article by a core mold to prevent the bending of the molded article. SOLUTION: A mold 20 is adapted in order to mold a molded article 10 like a bamper of a vehicle. A cavity 54 necessary for molding is formed by a fixed mold 21, a movable mold 22 and a core mold 40 and a taper surface 51 is formed to the back surface facing to the movable mold 22 of the core mold 40 and a swinging means 60 for swinging the core mold 40 centering around an apex 72 is provided to the core mold 40. The bend part 16 becoming the undercut part 19 of the molded article 10 is detached from the fixed mold 21 by allowing the taper surface 51 to approach the movable mold 22 by operating the shaking means 60 and the movement of the movable mold 22 is enabled.
