    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for suspending/filtering fecal matter for collecting peeled cancer cells in fecal matter rapidly, easily, and safely.
      SOLUTION: A fecal matter treatment kit comprises a syringe 2 having a capacity for sampling 0.5 g or higher fecal matter by sticking the syringe 2 into the fecal matter (a); a grip 3 provided at a fecal matter collecting port and at the outer-periphery section of the syringe at the other end of the fecal matter collecting port; a fecal matter sampling vessel 1 made of a lid member 4 provided at the other end of the fecal matter collecting port; a syringe storage section 21 for storing the syringe (c); a suspension section 22 that is connected to the syringe storage section for suspending the fecal matter; a filtrate reception vessel 23 that is connected to the suspension section and can be separated, and receives the filtrate of the suspended and filtered fecal matter filtrate; a fecal matter treatment vessel body 20, comprising a filter 26 provided at the connection section between the suspension section and the filtrate reception vessel; and a push-out member 30 for moving the fecal matter sampled in the syringe in the fecal matter sampling container to the suspension section, by pushing down or breaking through the lid member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uterine cancer diagnosis method, which is a cell base screening method for directly measuring and analyzing cervical cancer and body cancer cells, non-invasive, decreasing test load, and obtaining diagnosis result with high reliability, and a kit used in the diagnosis method.
      SOLUTION: According to this uterine cancer diagnosis method, an uterine cancer is diagnosed according to whether an uterine cancer cell is contained in a living body sample. The method includes: (a1) a process of dyeing cells in the living body sample after being fixed in a cell observation container; and (b1) a process of acquiring a microscopic image of the cell dyed in the process (a1), and analyzing the image to detect an uterine cancer cell. The living body sample derives from a womb. A uterine cancer diagnosis kit is also provided which is used in the diagnosis method for the uterine cancer.

      SOLUTION: This large intestine cancer diagnosis method includes: a process (a-1) of adding a solid phase support to which a collecting antibody specifically coupled to a cell surface antigen appearing in common to a normal cell derived from a large intestine mucous and a large intestine cancer cell is coupled through a linker to a feces sample and mixing the same to form a large intestine cancer cell-collecting antibody-solid phase support complex; a process (a-2) of collecting the formed complex; a process (a-3) of separating the large intestine cancer cell in the collected complex from the solid phase support; a process (a-4) of fixing the obtained large intestine cancer cell in a cell observation container, and dyeing the same using a detecting antibody specifically coupled to the large intestine cancer cell; and a process (b) of acquiring a microscopic image of the dyed large intestine cancer cell and analyzing the image to detect a large intestine cancer cell. The linker is formed of protein G, protein A or DNA.
