摘要： A galvannealed steel sheet is manufactured by preparing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, alloying the steel sheet, and controlling time and temperature for alloying thereof depending on Si and Al contents. The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet contains 0.05 to 0.30% C, 0.01 to 2.0% Si, 0.08 to 3.0% Mn, 0.003 to 0.1% P, 0 to 0.07% S, 0.01 to 2.5% Al, 0 to 0.007% N, by mass, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. Alloying time and temperature are controlled by the formula [Si+Al≧1.5×10−7×t0.75×(T−465)3+0.117], where t is the total time (sec) of holding the sheet at 465° C. or more on alloying the coating layer thereon, and T is the average temperature (° C.) of the sheet during the total time t (sec) of holding the steel sheet at 465° C. or more on alloying the coating layer thereon.

摘要： A hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is produced by rough rolling a steel, finish rolling the rough rolled steel at a temperature of Ar3 point or more, coiling the finish rolled steel at a temperature of 700° C. or less, and hot-dip galvanizing the coiled steel at a pre-plating heating temperature of Ac1 to Ac3. A continuous hot-dip galvanizing operation is performed by soaking a pickled strip at a temperature of 750 to 850° C., cooling the soaked strip to a temperature range of 600° C. or less at a cooling rate of 1 to 50° C. per second, hot-dip galvanizing the cooled strip, and cooling the galvanized strip so that the residence time at 400 to 600° C. is within 200 seconds. The steel sheet has a structure consisting essentially of ferrite and martensite.

摘要： The present invention is to produce non-oriented electrical steel sheet by a hot direct rolling. The slab is directly sent to the hot rolling without the brief soaking, whereby others than AlN inevitably precipitated check the precipitation of AlN, a roughing and a finish rolling are performed at determined reduction rates, and a delay time is taken between the roughing and the finish rolling, and besides a finish rolling is performed at not more than Ar.sub.3 so that precipitating nuclei of AlN are effectively introduced into the steel, and uniform and coarse AlN precipitation is formed by a coiling at temperature of more than 700.degree. C., thereby to enable to provide uniform and satisfied ferrite grain growth at the recrystallization annealing.

摘要： For enabling the manufacture of non-oriented steel strips by HDR, the amounts of AlN and MnS which precipitate on the way of HDR are decreased to such a level that they do not affect the magnetic properties by regulating the Al and S contents, and further unavoidable precipitating nitrides are precipitated as coarse BN. With regard to the steel composition, the amounts of C, Si and P are not only regulated, but also the amounts of Mn, Al, S and N are regulated from the above standpoint, and a proper amount of B is added if required. In addition, in regard to treatment conditions, in order to secure necessary finishing and coiling temperatures, the lower limit of the slab temperature at the starting time of HDR is specified. Moreover, to secure precipitation of BN and recrystallization of a ferrite structure, the lower limits of the finishing and coiling temperatures are specified. Furthermore, to secure the magnetic properties after cold rolling, the strips are finally continuously annealed at the determined temperature.
