    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate an adhesive, facilitate automation of a coupling process and shorten the process time, by plastically deforming a soft metal to bite a groove of a hub, thereby coupling a magnet. SOLUTION: A rotor magnet 5 is inserted in an inner diametrical part of the hub 1. A ring 6 which is a ring member obtained by rounding a wire of a soft metal such as aluminum, copper, etc., having nearly the same outer diameter as the rotor magnet 5 and a circular section is arranged at one face of the hub 1 where the rotor magnet 5 is mounted. The ring 6 is crushed and plastically deformed in the whole circumference with the use of a jig to bite a groove between a lower part of the rotor magnet 5 and the hub 1, so that an end face of the rotor magnet 5 is provided with a slip-off prevention in the whole circumference. The used jig is one that receives an inner diameter of the ring 6 to facilitate the bite of the ring to the groove when the ring 6 is crushed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at reduction of mechanical vibration and rotational noise of an axial piston pump by providing more than 3 pieces of drive pin that are arranged at intervals on the inner diameter side from the shaft of a piston device around a drive shaft acting as rotational center, on a cylinder barrel, and by supporting one-side ends of these drive pins after making them pass through a ball bearing. SOLUTION: The attaching hole 1a of a guide pin 2 is provided in the central part on one-side surface of a driving member 1 connected to a motor, etc., and on a concentric circle of this attaching hole 1a, 4 attaching holes 1b extending, at same intervals, in parallel to the attaching hole 1a are provided and respective drive pins 3 are fixed therein by pressure fitting. On the other hand, on a driven member 4 arranged opposite to the driving member 1, a guide pin arranging hole 4a and a driving pin arranging hole 4b are provided and the guide pin arranging hole 4a is formed in a concave surface of such a size on which the spherical head 2a of the guide pin 2 can make turning motion freely. The driving pin arranging hole 4b consists of a cylindrical hole 4b1 for receiving inserted bearing 5 and a driving pin releasing hole 4b2 and the bearings 5 are sliding freely attached to the tip end parts of driving pins 3.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a rotary slant system press low in mechanical vibration and rotary noise by positioning a line connecting centers between ball bearings at a specified position in an inclined angle between an axial line of a driving shaft and the axial line of a swinging plate. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 10 is passed through a swinging plate 17. A slider 21 is held to be freely movable by the swinging plate 17 to generate a pressing pressure. Plural swinging plate rotation stopping pins 22 are passed through the swinging plate 17, arranged in parallel to the driving shaft on its concentric circles, and one side end is fixed onto a slider guide 4. The ball bearings 22a are respectively held to be freely slidable on the other ends of the rotation stopping pins 22 and engaged to the penetrating hole of the swinging plate 17. Then, the line connecting the centers between the ball bearings 22a is positioned at the position being 1/2 of the inclined angle between the axial line of the driving shaft 10 and the axial line of the swinging plate 17. Therefore, the constant velocity property of the joint part can be surely ensured.

    • PURPOSE:To transmit a stable uniform rotation even if a shaft is eccentric and transmit a large torque by providing a guide pin with both ends spherical, at the center of an intermediate plate between an input shaft and an output shaft, and by providing driving pins with both end spherical bearings in parallel on both sides of the guide pin. CONSTITUTION:A pair of spherical holes 11, 21 are formed at the center of one directional face of an input shaft 1 and an output shaft 2, a pair of bearing grooves 12, 22 are formed respectively on both sides of the holes at equal distances, and an arc face is formed on the groove toward the center of the shaft. A guide pin 4 forming a spherical face with both ends held by the spherical holes 11, 12 is provided at the center of an intermediate disc 3, and driving pins 5, 51 are provided in parallel to it. Spherical bearings 6 are provided freely slidably on both ends of the driving pin to be received into the bearing grooves. Eccentricity and tilting of the input shaft 1 and the output shaft 2 are absorbed by movement of the spherical bearings so that with natural transmission of a large torque a uniform rotation can be transmitted.
