摘要： The present invention provides an optical information handling device in which reflectivity of the conventional reproduction-only type is lowered to 60% or less which is equal to the reflectivity of the write-once type and the rewritable type optical disks, whereby the interchangeability of the disk is realized. 摘要： The invention relates to an optical memory in which an optical recording medium (3) is built in a case (1), and also to a memory apparatus. Recording, reproducing and erasing operations are performed by irradiating light via a transparent portion of the case (1) onto the built-in optical recording medium (3). The optical recording medium (3) built in the case (1) has face vibrations with respect to the case (1), because it is moved within the case (1). The present invention is characterized by employing such a construction for optically mitigating irregular fluctuation in reflectivity caused by this face vibration. In the optical memory of the present invention, the reflectivity fluctuation caused by an interference effect made between reflection light from the case (1) and air, and also reflection light from the optical recording medium (3) and air due to the relative deviation in the face vibrations, may be reduced by antireflection films (2a, 2b) provided in the case (1) and the optical recording medium (3). In a memory apparatus of the present invention, the above-described memory is mounted, the fluctuation in the reflectivity is monitored and laser power is varied in order to further mitigate the reflection vibrations.

摘要： An optical disk memory apparatus comprising, at least, a disk rotating mechanism (240) which drives and rotates an optical disk (140) set in the memory, an optical head (210) which projects a light beam on the optical disk and which detects reflected light from the optical disk, and head displacement means (300) including an actuator (310) for displacing the optical head. The disk rotating mechanism (240), the optical head (210) and the head displacement means (310) are arranged along a common plane. In addition, the actuator (310) is arranged at the rear of the optical head (210) with respect to a rotating shaft (241) of the disk rotating mechanism (240). Since the disk rotating mechanism (240), the optical head (210) and the head displacement means (310) are arranged in this order, the memory apparatus can be made structurally thinner. Further, it can be implemented in a card type structure.
