摘要： A system that indicates the presence or absence of microorganisms in fluid food products. The system has a bottle for receiving sample to be tested. The bottle has a sensor that will monitor and detect changes in at least one sample parameter, but no additives that contain nutrients that support microbial growth. The bottle is placed in an incubator and the sensor in the bottle is monitored for changes. The incubator is programed so that, if the sensor detects that the value of the monitored parameter has reached a certain value, then the sample is determined to be positive for microbial growth.

摘要： The Invention provides a rapid system to seal a window, or separate a divided and sealed space. The system includes film roller and holder assembly, rail assemblies, catch assembly, and optional corner assemblies. There are two parts of sealing provided with the system. During the initial installation, the sealing elements on the frame are squeezed against the mounting surfaces, hence forming the seal. With the frames installed, the film can be pulled out from the roller, and locked in the catch assembly. Once the film is deployed, the sealing elements on the frame are pressed by the film, hence forming the seal. Also, optional corner assemblies are provided and can be installed on the frame, which seal off possible minor leaks at the corners. The Invention provides an improved rapid system to seal windows or other openings; also serves as an improved rapid system to separate, and seal a room. The present invention relates to efficiently and effectively deploy a sealed and divided chamber. In particular, to a sealed window to control thermal efficiency, or to divide a room into two separate sections to control air-exchange. Heat loss and heat gain through windows and doors accounts for a significant part of a building's total energy need. These heat exchanges occur during the heating and cooling season as a consequence of the window's low insulating rating. Commonly used solution is the "window insulation film kit" that contains Min and double-sided tape, where the film is glued on around the window to form a seal. Common installation method also involves blowing hot air at the file to shrink the film and apply tension. Comparing the novel film roller system to the "insulation kit", a few advantages are: - The film roller system does not require glue during deployment; - The Min roller system is not a "single use" product, it can be efficiently open and closed as needed. - In the film roller system, in the event of film damage, the film roll can be efficiently swapped out, without redoing the entire installation.
