    • An air-fuel ratio control system for an internal combustion engine having an intake passage, an exhaust passage, an air-fuel mixture supply device, an on-off type electromagnetic valve for correcting the air-fuel ratio of the air-fuel mixture supplied by the air-fuel mixture supply device, a dither signal generating circuit for producing a periodical dither signal, a shift control circuit for shifting the level of the center of the dither signal, a driving circuit for producing a driving output for the on-off type electromagnetic valve, and an O.sub.2 sensor for detecting the concentration of oxygen in exhaust gases passing through the exhaust passage. A timing circuit is provided for detecting the period of the time when the output of the O.sub.2 sensor is higher than a predetermined level and the period of the time when the output is lower than the predetermined level for producing an output signal in dependency on the difference between the periods. A shift signal generating circuit is provided for generating a shift signal in dependency on the output of the timing circuit. The shift control circuit is so arranged to control the air-fuel ratio of the mixture in such a direction that the difference is decreased.

    • An engine idling speed control system for an internal combustion engine comprising an actuator for actuating a throttle valve for increasing and decreasing the idling speed, an engine speed signal generating circuit, an engine speed increasing signal generating circuit and an engine speed decreasing signal generating circuit, a vehicle speed signal generating circuit, an idling signal generating circuit for generating an idling signal in the idling operation of the engine, and an actuator control circuit for operating the actuator in opposite directions in accordance with engine speed increasing and decreasing signals. A time lag signal generating circuit is provided to be responsive to the engine speed signal and to the idling signal for producing a time lag signal. The time lag signal generating circuit is so arranged that duration of the time lag signal increases with the increase of the engine speed. A logic gate means is provided to be operated by the vehicle speed signal, idling signal and time lag signal for enabling the engine speed increasing and decreasing signals after the duration of the time lag signal.

    • A voltage equalizing apparatus for battery devices includes a core, a plurality of first battery devices interconnected in series with each other, each consisting of one or more cells, a plurality of secondary windings magnetically connected with each other through the core, a plurality of first switching devices, each connected to one of the plurality of secondary windings and one of the plurality of first battery devices to constitute a first closed circuit, one or more second battery devices provided separately from said plurality of first battery devices interconnected in series or a second battery device provided by rendering the whole of said plurality of first battery devices interconnected in series one battery device, a primary winding magnetically connected with the plurality of secondary windings through the core, and a second switching device connected in series with the second battery device and the primary winding to constitute a second closed circuit. The plurality of first switching devices and the plurality of second switching device are alternately turned ON and OFF to equalize the output voltages of the first battery devices. The plurality of first switching devices continue to be turned ON after exciting energy stored in the core is transported by the charging to the battery devices having lower voltages among said plurality of first battery devices, to effect the charging from the battery devices having higher voltages among said plurality of first battery devices to the battery devices having lower voltages among said plurality of first battery devices and/or to store energy in said core.
