    • PURPOSE:To automatically stop heating and automatically cut off power supply by surely detecting a pan absent state in which a pan is not placed on a top plate in an electromagnetic induction heating type cooker. CONSTITUTION:A first condition signal of a first condition detecting circuit which is output when high frequency current fed to a heating coil is larger than a predetermined value, a second condition signal of a second condition detecting circuit which is output when power input current is dropped below a predetermined value, and a third condition signal of a third condition detecting circuit which is output when the phase lag of current with respect to the voltage of a power input portion becomes more than a predetermined value, are employed as the conditions of detecting the absence of a pan. A transistor 76 is driven in response to the output of an AND circuit 74 to which the three signals are input, so as to operate a relay 78. Roughly 100% detection of the absence of the pan is thus carried out and a timer circuit not shown in Figure performs automatic stopping of heating and automatic cutoff of power supply in accordance with an output indicative of the detection of the absence when the time of the absence of the pan continues beyond a predetermined time.

    • PURPOSE:To make a structure compact as well as to enable plural numbers of cooking containers to be simultaneously heated by arranging induction heating coils coiled in a spiral form in the axial direction, and thereby providing the side face of the coils with positioning means for the cooking containers in spaces wherein the respective metallic containers in a plate form are inserted while being vertically held. CONSTITUTION:Each induction heating coil 1 coiled in a spiral form is provided in a gap interspaced with each adjacent mounting plate 14a, and appropriate numbers of spaces in a recessed cross sectional form are arranged wherein metallic cooking containers 11 in a plate form can be inserted while being vertically held. And each guiding groove 17 is cut out on the bottom section of each space 12 for each peripheral section of the containers so that each container 11 can be easily inserted while being slid in the horizontal direction. Each cooking container 11 is pressed against the insulation plate 16 of the coil 1 by each positioning means 13 composed of a pressing spring 18 in a coil form and the like provided for the space 12 at its bottom section so as to be positioned for letting it be held. This constitution thereby enables plural numbers of the cooking containers to be simultaneously heated, and eliminates wide insulation spaces, thereby making the cost of equipment inexpensive with heating efficiency improved.

    • PURPOSE:To enable efficient heating and obviate the use of many kinds of induction heating cooking devices fitted for various kinds of pans by changing the winding number of a heating coil so as to adjust an electric power absorbed to the pan. CONSTITUTION:The insulative material of a coil copper wire 7 at the swaged portion of a heating coil 1 is peeled off from the half of the wound portion to the last, and then, a copper ring 2 is pressed with pressure. A projected terminal 4 is attached to the copper ring 2 so as to be fastened together with a pressing terminal 3 by a screw 5. A lead wire 6 is pressed with pressure to the pressing terminal 3. The drawing portion of the lead wire 6 is covered with a heat resistant contraction tube 8 while the other end of the lead wire 6 is connected to the contacts A-C of a switch 9. Therefore, the heating coil is disposed together with a heating inverter so that it can be selected in order to supply the most effective electric power irrespective of the state of a pan.
