    • A structure and a method for assembling a heat exchanger combined with tubes of a plurality of rows are provided to improve the assembling efficiency and the productivity by inserting integrated caps into both ends of header pipes after assembling tubes with the header pipes. A plurality of tubes(22,24) are combined with header pipes(12,14) while forming a plurality of rows in a width direction of the header pipes to form refrigerant moving paths in a plurality of rows. The header pipes are formed of a plurality of independent pipes combined with the tubes of each row. Sides of the pipes are closely adhered to each other so that both ends of the pipes of a length direction are fixed by integrated caps(16,18). Refrigerant communication holes(12b) are formed at the sides to convert a moving direction of the refrigerant. Fixing members are inserted into both ends of the sides of the pipes to assist fixing of the integrated caps.
