    • PURPOSE:To efficiently perform an electrolytic deposition on a cathode metallic phase by dissolving deposited metals in an insulating vessel while more uniformly diffusing deposited metals. CONSTITUTION:By using molten metals such as cadmium as an anode, a used metallic fuel dissolved in the molten metals is electrolytically deposited on molten cathode metals 6 in the insulating vessel 5 arranged in a fused salt electrolyte and fuel components contained in the used metallic fuel are refined and recovered. In a fused salt electrolytic refining device which thus recovers the fuel components and is provided with a stirring device 7 stirring the molten cathode metal by rotating a stirring blade 10, the stirring blade 10 of the stirring device 7 are formed so that the length of edge parts of the blade are adjacent to an inner peripheral surface of the insulating vessel 5. Further, downward slanting plate parts 10a generating downward flows with the rotation thereof are provided at the central part of the stirring blade 10 and circumferential direction slanting plate parts 10b generating flows along the circumferential direction with the rotation thereof are provided at the peripheral edge parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attachment of a cement solidification body to stir blades so as to excellently perform a subsequent cement mixing work when mixing radioactive waste with cement through use of the stir blades inside a predetermined container to obtain a cement mixture and disposing of the radioactive waste by solidifying the cement mixture.SOLUTION: Radioactive waste and cement are mixed through the use of stir blades inside a container having the stir blades to obtain a cement mixture containing the radioactive waste and cement. Subsequently, the stir blades are kept at temperature equal to or lower than -5°C thereby to delay the solidification of an attachment derived from the cement mixture attached to the stir blades. Then, the cement mixture is solidified to obtain a cement solidification body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method and a device for treating waste water containing boric acid capable of preventing piping from being blocked in a drying process of borate generated by insolubilization of boric acid in waste water.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a first step to insolubilize boric acid in a manner that precipitates the same contained in waste water as insoluble borate in a first tank; a second step to store the waste water with the insolubilized borate in a second tank having an agitation mixer; a third step to transfer the waste water with the insolubilized borate from the second tank to a dryer to separate the borate from the waste water by drying; a fourth step to produce condensed water containing a portion of the borate by condensing steam which is generated in the dryer and contains the portion of the borate with a cooling device; and a fifth step to remove the portion of the borate in the condensed water by a purifier.
