    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation sheet with high heat conductivity and high insulation performance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The heat radiation sheet is constituted by alternately layering a base material layer and a diamond layer. Since the base material layer is formed of a flexible material and the diamond layer is formed in a direction >0° and ≤90° with respect to the sheet surface of the heat radiation sheet, the diamond layer in a sheet layer excellent in flexibility is excellently brought into contact with a heating element and a radiator, and thus heat generated from the heating element is excellently transmitted through the diamond layer to the direction of the radiator.     • PURPOSE:To make the characteristic of strength or the like and nonstickness to a surface securable in an economic way, by installing an intermediate layer where peroxide and sulfur are unimpeded with each other, in space between a steel inner core layer and a silicone rubber skin layer, while making it stick to these layers by means of vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:Silicone rubber on a skin layer vulcanizes peroxide, while steel cord adhering rubber on an inner core layer is vulcanized. Single or mixed spun nylon, polyester, vinilon, cotton and so on are used as canvass which turns to an intermediate layer of these rubber parts. When treatment takes place, it is proper to do it with a resorcinol formalin latex process, and this latex is required to contain vinylpyridine latex at a rate of more than 80% in the total amount of latex. In a treatment process, the latex is baked for five minutes long at a temperature of 15 deg.C. As a result, adhesive strength grows large so that a relatively inexpensive conveyor belt which partakes both of the strength characteristic required for a conveyor belt and nonstickness to sticky substances including oil sand, etc., can be thus secured.
