    • The present invention relates to an electronic device, which comprises a compound of the formula (I), wherein R 1 and R 2 independently of one another are C 1 -C 12 alkyl, C 1 -C 12 alkyl, which is interrupted by one, or more oxygen atoms, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by C 1 -C 4 alkyl, unsubstituted C 6 -C 12 aryl, or C 3 -C 7 heteroaryl, or benzyl, or C 6 -C 12 aryl, or C 3 -C 7 heteroaryl, or benzyl which is substituted by F, Cl, Br, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 1 -C 6 alkoxy or di(C 1 -C 6 alkylamino). The compound of the formula (I) is a n-type organic material, which is an intrinsically good semiconducting material, resulting in a high device stability and reliability.
