摘要： A wireless power transfer system can include a wireless power transmitter (PTx) and a wireless power receiver (PRx). The PTx can include a transmit coil driven by an inverter configured to receive an input DC voltage and provide an output AC voltage as a plurality of bursts. The PRx can include a receiver coil magnetically coupled to the transmit coil such that the bursts induce a corresponding AC voltage and a rectifier configured to receive the AC voltage and output a DC voltage to a load. The PRx can also include burst request pulse generation circuitry configured to operate the rectifier so as to deliver a burst request pulse to the PTx via magnetic coupling between coils. The PTx can further include inverter control circuitry configured to sense the burst request pulse and, in response thereto, trigger the inverter to deliver an AC voltage burst.

摘要： In an inductive energy transfer system, the phase of a signal that is applied to a transmitter coil to transfer energy is adjusted while energy is transferred from the transmitter device to a receiver device. The phase of the signal can be adjusted by changing a state of a DC-to-AC converter from a converting state to a non-converting state. The DC-to-AC converter outputs a signal that is applied to the transmitter coil when the DC-to-AC converter is in a converting state. A signal is not applied to the transmitter coil when the DC-to-AC converter is in a non-converting state.

摘要： A method of scanning a touch sensor panel while the touch sensor panel is coupled to a power adapter is disclosed. The power adapter can charge a battery of a device, but can also introduce or add noise during the process of charging the battery. To prevent adverse effects to the touch sensor panel, while the device is charging, the touch controller can time multiplex touch scan periods and inductive charging periods and can discard touch scans or touch images affected by the noise. Determining whether a touch scan is a bad touch scan can include performing a touch scan across the array of touch pixels and making a determination based on the scan profile. In some examples, the profile can be quantified using different metrics such as the shape, instantaneous slope of tail ends, a full-width half-maximum, and a monotonicity of the curve of the scan profile.

摘要： An electronic device includes a housing coupled to a display window, a battery and a plurality of inductive charging transmit coils coupled to the battery. The plurality of inductive charging coils are positioned within the enclosure to generate an inductive charging region that extends through the display window and across at least a portion of an exterior of the display window. Sensing circuitry is configured to sense a position of a stylus at the display window and a processor is configured to selectively engage and disengage one or more of the plurality of inductive charging transmit coils based on the sensed position of the stylus. The stylus receives power when it is positioned within the inductive charging window.
