The body transfers the waste refrigerants collected in the more than two small containers to a large container. The body comprises a liquid refrigerant transfer unit(12) and a collecting compressor. The liquid refrigerant transfer unit transfers the liquid refrigerant to the large container. The collecting compressor transfers residual refrigerants in the small container to the large container. The unit for measuring the weight of the small container measures each weight of the small container before and after the refrigerant is transferred.
