    • 본발명은피복재내부에핵연료가구비된장방형의핵연료판을준비하는단계(단계 1); 및상기단계 1에서제조된핵연료판을나선형으로꼬아서관을형성하는단계(단계 2);를포함하는관형핵연료봉의제조방법을제공한다. 본발명에따른관형핵연료봉의제조방법은피복재내부에핵연료가구비된장방형의핵연료판을나선형으로꼬아서손쉽게관형핵연료봉을제조할수 있는효과가있다. 또한, 상기의제조방법으로제조되는관형핵연료봉은내부와외부를완전히분리하지않게만들어내부가밀폐되어생기는현상을해결하거나, 내부를완전히밀폐시키되외주면에돌출부를형성시켜핵연료봉을서로밀착시켜집적이가능하도록하여내부에서발생하는열을더욱용이하게방출할수 있도록할 수있다. 나아가, 상기관형핵연료봉은냉각수의이중냉각을통해높은열 제거효율을얻을수 있고이에따라연구로의성능을향상시키고안정성을확보할수 있는효과가있다.

    • A nuclear fuel manifold fixing unit and a reactor core having the same are provided to improve density of a reactor core by minimizing spaces of a fixing unit and a neutron absorber. A nuclear fuel manifold fixing unit includes a guide unit(310) and an extension unit. The fixing unit fixes a nuclear fuel manifold(200) to a reactor core(90). A plurality of grating holes with a grating structure are formed in the guide unit. A part of the nuclear fuel manifold passes through the grating holes. The extension unit extends to a direction of one side from an outside of the guide portion, which is coupled to the reactor core. At least one of the gratings holes positioned in an outside of the guide unit is composed of a circular first hole and the others are composed of a rectangular parallelepiped second hole.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the power of a nuclear reactor is provided to absorb neutrons without a neutron absorbing unit in a nuclear fuel assembly by including a controlling unit which simultaneously supports the nuclear fuel assembly and absorbs the neutrons. CONSTITUTION: A nuclear fuel assembly is mounted to the core of a nuclear reactor. A controller, which includes a supporter(121) and a neutron absorber, simultaneously supports the nuclear fuel assembly and absorbs neutrons. The neutron absorber is connected to the sidewall of the supporter. A driving unit drives the controller. The driving unit includes driving source and a connecting unit(132).

    • A reactor core having a common hexagonal flow tube in a research reactor having a rod-type nuclear fuel is provided to improve density of the reactor core and speed of a neutron by minimizing a space between the common flow tube and a neutron absorption body. A reactor core having a common hexagonal flow tube in a research reactor having a rod-type nuclear fuel includes a core housing, a grid plate(114), a plurality of hexagonal type nuclear fuel collecting bodies(40a), a plurality of bottom support mechanisms(130), and a common hexagonal type flow tube(120). The core housing has a pipe shape penetrated upward/downward by an inner wall of a reflective vessel. The grid plate(114) is provided in a bottom part of the core housing. The plurality of hexagonal type nuclear fuel collecting bodies(40a) have a plurality of rod type nuclear fuels which are connected to a central rod and a circumference of the rod. The plurality of bottom support mechanisms(130) are supported by the grid plate(114) to receive a lower part of the hexagonal type nuclear collecting body(40a). The common hexagonal flow pipe(120) has a plurality of hexagonal type receiving spaces to receive the hexagonal type nuclear fuel collecting body(40a).
