    • PURPOSE: An organic and inorganic composite foam composition is provided to have excellent insulation, constructability in spite of incombustibility, and to have excellent insulation and constructability of an organic insulative material, and flame-retardance of an inorganic insulative material. CONSTITUTION: An organic and inorganic composite foam composition is formed by adding 50-200 parts by weight of inorganic filler to 100.0 parts by weight of polyurethane foam composition. The polyurethane foam composition comprises 30-50 parts by weight of polyurethane resin, 30-50 parts by weight of diisocyanate, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, and 1-10 parts by weight of a blowing agent. The polyurethane resin is selected from a group consisting of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, or a mixture thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic and inorganic complex foaming body and organic and inorganic complex foaming body are provided to settle generation of harmful gas and the combustibility of an organic insulator and improve insulation properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic and inorganic complex foaming body comprises the following steps: injecting a mixture including 5-50 parts by weight of methyl metacrylate resin1-5 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, 50-95 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, and 1-20 parts by weight of a foaming agent into a mold; and foaming the mixture by pressurizing and heating the mixture at 120~170 deg. Celsius. The curing accelerator is either benzoyl peroxide or dimethylamine. The inorganic filler is more than one or two kinds of mixtures selected from a group consisting aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, gypsum, aluminium sulfate, talc, bentonite and clay. The particle size of the inorganic filler is 70-325 mesh. The surface of the inorganic filler is coated with melamine or silane.
