    • Disclosed are an inorganic binder composition utilizing aluminosilicate and magnesium silicate minerals and a method manufacturing the same. The present invention forms a geopolymer-based aluminosilicate mixed composition by mixing, at a ratios of 10:2-8: a binder manufactured by 0.5-4.0 mole ratio of Si/Al; and a liquid hardener wherein 0.5-2.5 mole ratio of SiO2/K2O and 0.5-2.5 mole ratio of SiO2/Li2O are mixed. According to the composition, the existing cement which becomes plasticized at a high temperature can be replaced, and the composition is a geopolymer inorganic binder composition based on aluminosilicate and an inorganic binder composition based on magnesium silicate so as to have a low firing temperature, low amoun ot producing carbon dioxide, exellent strength property, and excellent durability, and produce effect of reducing alkalinity of the inorganic binder composition.

    • PURPOSE: An autoclaved lightweight concrete composition is provided to remarkably reduce the carbonation degree of autoclaved lightweight concrete by containing a melamine resin, silicon oil, or their mixture, and an alkali activator in a predetermined weight ratio. CONSTITUTION: An autoclaved lightweight concrete composition contains 0.07-0.10 parts by weight of aluminum powder, 0.3-0.6 parts by weight of alkali activator, 1.5-7.0 parts by weight of additive, and mixed water for 100 parts by weight of cement mixture containing cement, silica, and quicklime. The cement mixture contains 30-40 parts by weight of cement and 10-20 parts by weight of quicklime for 100 parts by weight of silica. The additive is selected from a melamine resin, silicon oil, or their mixture. The mixed water contains 70-80% of the total weight of the composition. The silica contains sand slurry and return slurry in a weight ratio of 1:0.4-0.6.     • PURPOSE: An autoclaved lightweight concrete composition containing thermosetting resin is provided to show excellent insulation effects and to enhance strength of molded products. CONSTITUTION: An autoclaved lightweight concrete composition containing thermosetting resin comprises 0.04-0.05 parts by weight of aluminium powder and 6-7 parts of distilled water based on 100 parts of cement mixture. The aerated lightweight concrete composition includes 1.5-2.5 wt% of thermosetting resin based on the total weight of the composition. The cement composite includes 18-20 parts by weight of cement and 8-9 parts of silica based on 100.0 parts of quicklime. The silica includes sand slurry and return slurry at the weight ratio of 1:0.5-0.6. 2% of 20% NH4CL aqueous solution is additionally added based on the thermosetting resin. The thermosetting resin is melamine resin or urea resin.
