    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an iron-based powder with an excellent forming intensity is provided to omit a deoxidation process and lower the surface tension and viscosity of the molten steel which is supplied to a tundish, thereby providing the powder with an excellent forming intensity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an iron-based powder with an excellent forming intensity comprises the following steps: a foreline, which is manufactured in an iron making process, and a ferrous scrap are dissolved, and the molten steel is prepared through the oxidation refining; the molten steel is provided to a tundish without passing through a deoxidation process; the water is emitted to the molten steel which is ejected through a nozzle, which is equipped in the tundish; the molten steel, which is prepared through the oxidation refining, comprises 0.001~0.02wt% of the carbon (C) and 0.001~0.1wt% of the phosphorus (P).
