    • PURPOSE: A continuous resin coating method is provided to continuously coat metal strips that are manufactured at high speed with a resin, thereby improving efficiency in manufacturing coated metal strips and reducing manufacturing unit cost without degradation in material properties of the coated metal strips. CONSTITUTION: A continuous resin coating method comprises the steps of: manufacturing metal strips continuously; providing the manufactured metal strips continuously and coating the provided metal strips with a radiation-curable resin by noncontact coating method; and hardening the coating resin through irradiation of radiation. A continuous resin coating system for metal strips comprises a metal strips continuous manufacturing part; a resin coating part to provide manufactured metal strips instantly and continuously coating the provided metal strips with a radiation-curable resin by noncontact coating method; and a resin hardening part to harden the coating resin by irradiating radiation.

CONSTITUTION: A method of a self cleaning material formed with nano projections comprises the following steps. A photocurable coating solution is coated on a base material. A light transmitting film on which nano projections (110) are engraved is laminated on the coated coating solution. The coating solution is hardened by being irradiated with light. The light transmitting film is removed. The photocurable coating solution comprises an oligomer with a polymeric double bond, a reactive monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator.
