    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce high quality egg by synthesizing sericite emitting far-infrared rays with lime and quartz sand in water vapor so as to manufacture egg increasing calcium hydroxide for an egg-laying layer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of putting 70 to 75 wt.% of sericite emitting far-infrared rays, 10 to 30 wt.% of calcium hydroxide or synthesized cement powder and 1 to 10 wt.% of silica powder into a mixer before mixing, wherein a mole ratio of CaO/SiO2 is 2.0 - 3.0; adding aluminum powder having 0.1 wt.% of the raw material weight to the resulting mixture as stirring the raw materials after adding 50 wt.% of hot water of the weight of the total raw material to the mixture; mixing the raw materials, and foaming the mixed raw materials in a constant temperature and humidity chamber of 60 deg.C for 30 minutes for coagulating; producing porous hardened materials by atmospheric pressure curing the coagulated material at a temperature of 90 deg.C for 6 hours; crushing the porous hardened material to particles having a size of 10 mm or less; and mixing the crushed particles with 20 to 35 wt.% of calcium carbonate.

    • PURPOSE: A method for producing crop growth promotor is provided to increase the harvest amount of the crops. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a crop growth promotor comprises the steps of: mixing 50 to 90 wt.% of sericite(H2KAl3(SiO3)4) radiating far infrared rays and 50 to 10 wt.% of wollastonite synthetic products in a molar ratio of 0.5 to 1.5 of CaO/SiO2 in a mixer; adding 50 wt.% of hot water relative to the weight of raw material into the mixture and agitating; adding 0.1 wt.% of aluminum powder into the mixture and mixing them; foaming the mixture in a vessel at 60 deg.C maintaining the temperature and moisture to be constant for 30 minutes, coagulating, and storing at 90 to 180 deg.C for 6 to 12 hours to produce a multiporous hardener; and grinding the multiporous hardener into a small particle having size of 10 mm or less in diameter.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a far-infrared rays radiating aggregate by using sericite or ocher is provided which produces the lightweight aggregate having better properties by simple and economic process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) mixing 80-50 wt.% of pulverized sericite or ocher with 20-50 wt.% of either common cement or lime and 50 wt.% of hot water at 60 deg.C to prepare a slurry; (ii) after adding 0.1-0.3 wt.% of aluminum powder regarding total weight to the slurry of the step (i) with stirring, putting the mixture slurry in a moisture box at a temperature of 60 deg.C for more than 30 minutes; and (iii) after vapor-curing the product of the step (ii) at a temperature of 90 deg.C for 6 hours in a curing machine to obtain hardened materials, pulverizing the hardened materials.
