摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating device with which heavy metals can be economically removed from waste water containing the heavy metals and organic substances or from waste waster containing heavy metals and no organic substance without using harmful chemicals, and to provide a method for manufacturing fertilizer by which organic fertilizer of good quality can be manufactured. SOLUTION: The water treating device for sludge/waste water containing the heavy metals and the organic substances is provided with a sludge decomposing tank 6 for subjecting the sludge/waste water to decomposing treatment to the heavy metals and organic substances, a magnetizing treatment tank 7 for magnetizing the heavy metals which are subjected to decomposing treatment to magnetic substances or for adding the magnetic substances to the heavy metals and then subjecting the mixture to magnetizing treatment, and a magnetic separator 8 for separating the magnetized heavy metals by magnetic force. Further, the organic fertilizer is manufactured by using the treating device for sludge/waste water.
