摘要： The birthday parties are part of happy occasions and commonly a cake is utilized with numbers of candles on its top for being burned and blown out by the birth day person. However, some guests consider that in this process multiple numbers of microscopic units of saliva and mouth contents are also blown to the cake and do not like eating pieces of such cakes. Thus in this invention introduces a cover for the cakes which is impermeable and non inflammable, and has a series of cradles that will hold candles in sturdy fashion for being blown away without falling and even if they fall or at the end of their burning they would not be able to cause fire. Thus allowing eliminating the problem mentioned.

However, handling these objects in and out of a vehicle has turned to be a practical problem. Commonly these units are lifted for placement in the trunk or inside a vehicle, however, manipulation of these units which have a noticeable weight and a rough shape are difficult and labor intensive. Particularly, by some mothers that does not have enough reserve doing other chores. This activity will increase the pain of those who just had C-sections or it can cause a new back and joint pains or worsen the existing ones. This application introduces methods and means to allow such a process to be done easily. This application introduces new units and methods which allows strollers and carriers and similar units to be placed inside a box means which is attached to the rear of a vehicle by use of a door that opens and stands on the ground to function as a ramp. This allows a wheeled unit to be wheeled up into the box and be kept inside the box means by means that are designed to prevent it from moving. The ramp will close as a door and locked. Thus this method will simplify the process of moving these objects and will practically eliminate the need for bending and lifting of such units. The box means will also function as a protector from rain, snow and bad environment.

摘要： This invention introduces a system which allows a low level of pressure to be applied to the wound site in order to prevent bleeding during a stable period. Some models of this unit also give the option of allowing the unit to be inflated in order to increase the pressure in the area and stop bleeding if it occurs later. Automatic ways of recognizing bleeding are also introduced that utilize a computerized means of recognition and/or application of a set of proper reactions after bleeding, and an automated pressure application as well. It is believed that this unit will help human beings significantly.

摘要： Bleeding from a wound created as a consequence of catheterization of a vessel proximate the groin is prevented by a balloon that is secured by means of a wrap around the abdomen and thigh, and inflated. Several embodiments are disclosed. In one, the balloon has an edge proximate to and parallel with the groin line; in another, there are two such balloons on opposite sides of the groin line; in a third, a third balloon wedges the first two. The balloons may be attached to the insides of shorts. Electrodes placed over the area can detect bleeding.

摘要： After intervention of the vessels in the groin, a routine procedure is to apply pressure by a sand bag to prevent bleeding.The device of the present invention is a better solution for this problem. It consists of a wrap which covers the groin area to support a specifically shaped pressure balloon when it is inflated. The balloon is inside a cover and the pressure inside it can easily be changed and monitored. A mesh inside a plastic tube may help to watch for bleeding. By using this wrap, a patient no longer need be motionless, and may even be allowed to stand if needed.

The new version allows the user to wrap a leg or arm easily and more securely. The use of more than one support is again stressed, different ways of use of these units are also discussed. Also new is the use of stretchable hoses for allowing the straps to be held in place more securely. So that these better unit can make the patient care a bit easier and help humanity.
