    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that automates cleaning operation of a portable duct. SOLUTION: A large pulley of a pushing-up mechanism is rotated and at the same time advanced to the outer periphery of a duct, a small pulley is abutted on a resin sheet part of the duct and pushed into the inner peripheral side. In accordance with the rotation of the large pulley, the small pulley is made to push up the resin sheet upward. Thus, the resin sheet of the duct is automatically pushed up in order. Meantime, cleaning nozzles are arranged on the center side of a duct placing base and in a position opposing the outer periphery of the duct, of the duct placing base. The inner periphery and the outer periphery of the duct can be cleaned by jetting cleaning water from these cleaning nozzles. In addition, since the resin sheet of the duct is pushed up in order by the pushing-up mechanism, automatic cleaning is possible over the entire length of the duct. Further, the duct placing base is moved up and down by an oscillating cylinder, consequently the cleaning nozzles move vertically with respect to the duct and repeated cleaning is automatically performed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document folder, with a cover, which can bind documents without perforating and does not mar its overall appearance while retaining a significant nipping force, and further, facilitates an attaching/detaching operation of documents.
      SOLUTION: This document folder 1 includes a cover body 2 and a clip 3. In addition, a nipping piece 34 of the clip 3 is urged in the direction in which the nipping piece 34 rotates to a release position from a nipping position through a closest approach position (the R2 direction of Fig. centering around a hinge part 36) by the elastic restoring force of the hinge part 36. Besides, an almost rectangular opening 23 is arranged in the cover body 2, and the nipping piece 34 comes into contact with the document 10 directly through the opening 23, when the nipping piece 34 is located at the nipping position. When attempting to draw out the document 10, a strong force works to bite the document 10 and, in turn, the document 10 is nipped by an extremely strong force. In the meantime, an operating piece 35 covers the opening 23 when the nipping piece 34 is located at the nipping position.
