      SOLUTION: The flow controller has a piping 10 for controlling an inflow connected between the water supply side of a water supply system and a water service pipe, the first and second stop valves 11 and 14 installed on the inflow side and outflow side of the piping 10 respectively, a flow-rate sensor 12 mounted on the piping 10 between these first and second stop valves 11 and 14 and a solenoid valve 13 opening and closing a flow path and a control means operating the solenoid valve 13 and closing the flow path when the flow measured value of the water supply system detected by the flow-rate sensor 12 reaches a preset value.

    • A device and a process for producing a corrugated plate having a plurality of bent-into-contact portions extending in parallel on one face of a metal plate employs a number of steps. A first pressing step sequentially molds a plurality of U-shaped bent portions in the metal plate.
