摘要： Provided is a device for detecting airborne particulate matter in aerosols, comprising:

an air sampler to collect a sample of airborne particles suspended in air;
an optical sensor;
a controller;
a fluidic apparatus to, under the control of the controller:

capture, from the air sampler, and resuspend in a liquid medium, at least part of the airborne particles of the sample; and
deliver the resuspended airborne particles to the optical sensor, which is configured to detect airborne particulate matter in the delivered airborne particles.

Also provided is a method adapted to use the device of the invention, and to a computer program product adapted to implement the method of the invention.

摘要： Methods are provided of optimizing a tree-structured distributed-index with tree-nodes including data-elements and parent-child relations between tree-nodes. 摘要： A method and apparatus to detect systolic mechanical events from the ballistocardiogram (BCG) is proposed. First, a transfer function able to compensate for the mechanical response of the body of a subject is applied to a BCG of the same subject, in such a way that the overall transfer function is flat within the range of frequencies of interest. Thus, the resulting signal corresponds only to the mechanical events occurred at the heart and the aortic root, and the systolic mechanical events can be reliably detected from fiducial points on said resulting signal.

摘要： An apparatus for obtaining information on a cardiovascular system based exclusively on measurements between two limbs and effected with a pair of distal electrodes on each limb. The measurement is made by causing an alternating current to flow between one electrode of each limb and measuring the potential difference between the other two electrodes, one also on each limb. This potential difference has a low frequency component which is an electrocardiogram (ECG) and another component having a frequency of the injected alternating current and from which an impedance plethysmogram (IPG) is extracted. The cardiovascular information is determined by measuring the time interval between any predefined characteristic element of the ECG and IPG.
