    • PURPOSE:To economically manufacture a cloth planted with the ultrared fiber and the sterilizing fiber by cutting the synthetic resin fiber into which each of the ultrared radioactive substance and inorganic sterilizing substance is kneaded in single form, to 0.5-3mm, and by mixing them and planting the fiber onto one or both surfaces of the basic cloth through adhesives. CONSTITUTION:The fine ceramics which are formed by baking and pulverizing Al and Zr is kneaded into, for example, polyester, and cut to a length of 0.8mm as ultrared fiber, and ultrared pile is obtained, while the powder material of the inorganic compound containing Ag and Cu as inorganic sterilizing agent is kneaded into nylon, and cut as fine fiber to 0.6mm, and sterilizing pile is obtained. The mixed pile consisting of two kinds of pile is static-electrically planted onto a basic cloth whose both surfaces are coated with an adhesive material which is obtained by compounding 3pts. of epoxy resin, 2pts. of viscosity increasing agent, and 0.7pt. of metal phthalocyanine deodorant into 100pts. of acrylic resin. Therefore, the manufacture in simple method is permitted, and each quantity of use of ultrared radioactive substance and inorganic sterilizing agent per area can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To form a fiber flocked layer without uneven flocked fibers in a few process by electrostatically flocking metal short fibers after applying a low melting creamy solder on a metal sheet and cooling after melting the heated solder. CONSTITUTION:On the long metal sheet 1' fed out driven by a coiler 10, the creamy solder 2 is applied by coating rolls 120, 121 and a squeezing device 122. The metal sheet is fed to an electrostatic fiber flocking device 14 with guide roller 13 in contact with the uncoated reverse side and guided by a guide roll 141 and an earth roll 142 and negative high voltage is impressed to a high voltage electrode plate 14 from an external DC high voltage power source. The metal short fibers 3 are stood by generated negative charge at the end surface near the earth roll 142 and positive charge at a distance, and as the charge at the lower end is neutralized with electric conduction between the metal short fibers 3 and a high voltage electrode plate 143, the metal short fibers 3 are sucked and flied to the earth roll side and caught and held on the creamy solder coated layer 2'. By bringing a vibrating part 170 into contact with the electrode plate 143, the electrode plate is finely vibrated to easily fly the short fibers.

CONSTITUTION:Far-infrared pile set fabric is a product made by flocking a pile 3 on the adhesive face of a far-infrared sheet S, and the far-infrared sheet S is made by applying an adhesive 2 over one face of a base fabric 1, which is a unwoven fabric consisting of the fiber having Al2O3-SiO2 etc., as main material, or by applying the adhesive 2 mixed with a far-infrared material on one side of the base fabric, which is an ordinary unwoven or woven material. For example, the adhesive 2 is made by adding ZrO2 to 100 parts of 45% acrylic emulsion and 3 parts of epoxy resin and further mixing it with 3 parts of a thickening agent is applied on one surface of the base fabric 1 of unwoven fabric of ester fibers, and then the far-infrared pile-flocking fabric is made by setting a rayon pile 3 over the adhesive face 2 at a density of 70g/m .

      CONSTITUTION: An oligomer resin is coated uniformly on the surface of a base material 1 of a polyvinyl chloride sheet, etc. as an adhesive 2, and then pile is flocked on the base material 1. Energy rays such as UV rays are subsequently irradiated to cure the adhesive. Consequently, time of heating at low. temp. and curing can be remarkably shortened in curing the adhesive.
