    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a base isolation and vibration avoidance effect of a building with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a detector, a processing unit, a vibration absorption system, a hydraulic loading system and a multi-layer sliding system. At a time of an earthquake, the detector detects displacement and inclination of a building and generates a side inclination parameter for the processing unit. The processing unit converts the side inclination parameter into an attenuation coefficient of the hydraulic loading system. The hydraulic loading system adjusts and controls a balance of the building with a corresponding damping force.

    • A marking board with back-focusing and brightness enhancement effect has a board body having a plate-type pattern to define a marking surface and a rear surface. Of which the marking surface is provided with a marking portion. Multiple through-holes are arranged at interval within the range of the marking portion on the marking surface of the board. Multiple light-focusing lenses are installed on the rear surface of the board body correspondingly to the through-holes. The light focusing lenses include a transparent protruding end, a light-focusing member and at least a positioning member. The sunlight or preset light source could be back-focused via said light-focusing lens, and transmitted via the marking surface, so as to enhance the brightness, promote the identification effect of the marking portion and significantly reduce the cost with better applicability and industrial and economic benefits.

A luminous module chamber is set into the frame body correspondingly to the slot. A waterproofing luminous module is set into the luminous module chamber and has a pedestal, LED luminous member and waterproof covering. The pedestal includes a holding portion and an opening side. The LED luminous member is incorporated into the holding portion of the pedestal and has a circuit board, a plurality of LED units and an electrical wire. The irradiation end of LED units faces the opening side of the pedestal. The waterproof covering is filled into the holding portion of the pedestal so as to seal off at least the circuit board.
