    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and convenient apparatus for detecting the prone sleep of a baby, which prevents a choking accident by detecting the prone sleep of the baby and announcing it. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a detecting part 2 arranged on the surface of the clothes of the baby 1; and a main body part 6. The detecting part 2 includes: a sensor part 3 arranged on a belly part, a breast part, a neck part and a shoulder part, etc., on the surface of the clothes 10 so as to detect the prone sleep of the baby 1; a first control part 4 for transmitting an ON signal when the sensor part 3 detects the prone sleep; and a transmission part 5 for receiving a command from the first control part 4, converting the ON signal into electromagnetic wave, and transmitting it. The main body part 6 comprises: a reception part 7 for receiving the ON signal; a second control part 8 for outputting a command to start an operation to an alarm part 9 when the reception part 7 receives the ON signal; and the alarm part 9 for receiving the command, generating a beam, a sound, a vibration or the combination of them, and performing announcement. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that portable electronic equipment can not be charged without commercial AC power supply and exclusive charger while an output and portable property are hardly compatible since the amount of power generation is proportional to the area of a solar cell conventionally. SOLUTION: The solar cell capable of being developed and stored through a hinge shaft, rotary shaft, rail, groove or the like, is equipped on the outer surface of the electronic equipment. Power generation and quick charging of a battery are permitted in a short period of time at any place by developing the solar cell even if the sun shines. The solar cell is designed portable because it is easily stored. Further, the solar cell can be developed or stored in a fingertip operation by a mechanical device such as a spring or the like whereby the developing operation and the storing operation of the solar cell can easily be effected. • The present technology relates to a receiving device, a receiving method, a program, and a receiving system which may improve reception performance in the case of receiving a signal with a variable frequency band. A receiving device according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a demodulation unit configured to convert a received signal to a baseband signal in the case where a first frequency differs from a second frequency, wherein the first frequency is a center frequency in a band of the received signal, the second frequency is a center frequency in a band of a desired signal included in a part of the band of the received signal, and a DC component of the baseband signal is to be a frequency in the vicinity of the second frequency. The present technology may be applied to a receiver which receives an OFDM signal of DVB-C2.
