    • A vehicle electronic control system includes a first electronic control unit executing a control process A, and a second electronic control unit connected to the first electronic control unit and executing a control process B inseparable from the control process A. The first electronic control unit includes a synchronization signal transmit unit transmitting a synchronization signal to the second electronic control unit; and a first control process execution unit starting execution of the control process A after transmission of the synchronization signal. The second electronic control unit includes a synchronization signal receive unit receiving the synchronization signal from the first electronic control unit; a first time measuring unit measuring a predetermined time Tb since reception of the synchronization signal; and a second control process execution unit starting execution of the control process B when the predetermined time Tb elapses.

    • The invention provides a tool magazine device for a vertical machining center having a protective cover for a shank. A tool magazine device 100 disposed in a vertical machining center comprises a chain 120 moved between sprocket wheels 130 and 140, and the chain 120 is equipped with tool holders 200. Each tool holder 200 has a tool holder member 220 for holding the shank portion of the tool 1 and a shank pod 230 for covering the shank portion. The automatic tool change preparation device 300 lifts the shank pod 230 by gripping a knob 250 of a shaft 240 connected to the shank pod 230, so as to enable an automatic tool change arm to change the tool 1.

    • A measurement control apparatus designed to automatically select an interface circuit compatible with a measurement controlled object without error. A measurement control processor outputs interface setting data for setting one interface circuit compatible with the measurement controlled object in advance of output of measurement control data to the measurement controlled object. Based on this, an interface setting means activates only that interface circuit. Further, the processor is provided with a loopback unit for returning the interface setting data to the measurement control processor and confirms the match of the output interface setting data and the returned interface setting data. Further, it is provided with an identification code setting means for setting an identification code unique to an interface board mounting the interface circuit and confirms that the interface board has been correctly selected.
