    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a device for attaching a module carrier to a steering wheel and to make an angle position of the module carrier constant during rotation of the steering wheel. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first tooth-like ring 3 connected to the module carrier 1 in the rotatable mounting mode; a lever 10 attached to the steering wheel through a support area and rotatable between two positions; a first tooth-like wheel 6 rotatably attached to a first arm of the lever and engaged with the first tooth-like ring at the first position of the lever; and an elastic means provided so as to elastically press the first tooth-like wheel relative to the first tooth-like wheel. The first tooth-like wheel is mutually acted with the steering wheel so as to generate rotation in an opposite direction of the module carrier by rotation in one direction of the steering wheel, thereby, the angle position of the module carrier is made constant.
