    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line mixer which has a simple structure, improves a maintenance property and a safety and health, and at the same time, increases mixing effects to improve a productivity of a mixture, a fluid mixing device containing the line mixer, and a manufacturing method of manufacturing the mixture rapidly with the fluid mixing device.
      SOLUTION: The line mixer 4 has a construction that a passage 8a comprises a narrowed part 8d in which a passage diameter l becomes narrowest halfway in the passage 8a, a reduced part 8c in which the passage diameter l narrows from one end part of a pipe 4c toward the narrowed part 8d, and an enlarged part 8f in which the passage diameter l enlarges from the narrowed part 8d toward the other end part of the pipe 4c, the ratio of the length of the passage 8a of the enlarged part 8f to the length of the passage 8a of the reduced part 8c should be in the range of 1-10, and the ratio of the passage diameter l4 of both end parts of the pipe 4c to the passage diameter l3 of the narrowed part 8d should be in the range of 1.5-10. A plurality of line mixers 4 are provided linkably.

      SOLUTION: A distribution station comprises: a content server for storing audio contents; a management server for managing a audio content transmission schedule for each receiver; a distribution server for extracting the audio contents stored in the content server according to the transmission schedule and transmitting them to a predetermined address; and a transmission part for transmitting a audio file on an IP network. The audio content transmitting system is characterized in that a receiving station includes a receiving part for receiving the audio contents, a reproducing part for reproducing the received audio contents into audio, an input part for inputting audios, and a transmission part for transmitting the input audios to a distributing station content server. The management server carries out grouping of IP addresses of audio content transmission places and manages/stores virtual transmission places named community.

    • Provided is a high mobility railroad vehicle system configured to reciprocally carry out a direct drive between a non-electrically driven section and an electrically driven section without installing new facilities such as oil supply equipment and without considering distinction between the non-electrically and electrically driven sections. A railroad vehicle system is provided with an overall control apparatus to respectively control an external electric power supply means, an internal electric power supply means, an electricity storage means, electric power conversion means and a motor driving means. The railroad vehicle system judges or previously notifies as to whether the present driving railroad section is the electrically driven section or non-electrically driven section in accordance with driving position information received from a position information generation means such as a ground facility on a railroad equipped outside of the vehicle and a global positioning system (GPS). The system cuts off from an external electric power source in the non-electrically driven section and carries out a smooth shifting control in order to connect to the external electric power source in the electrically driven section.

    • A fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine has a lubricity improver supply for adding a lubricity improver to low-viscosity fuel supplied to a fuel injection apparatus of the engine. A controller controls the lubricity improver supply so that the amount of the lubricity improver added to fuel at the inlet to the fuel injection apparatus is increased as engine rotation speed, engine load, or injection pressure is increased. With the system, wear or sticking of the plunger can be prevented even when low-viscosity fuel is used by improving lubrication conditions to secure necessary lubrication condition for the sliding part in accordance with engine operation conditions, fuel temperature and viscosity.
