    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary unit which makes practical convenience excellent by preventing a decrease in the degree of freedom of arrangement of furniture on the periphery of a unit building frame. SOLUTION: A kitchen table 14 is arranged between a share space 23 which is provided inside the unit building frame 1 and an opening 28 which is opened in a peripheral wall 4. Since this enables access to the kitchen table 14 not only from the share space 23 but also from the outside of the unit building frame 1 via the opening 28, the kitchen table 14 can be used like a so-called face-to-face kitchen. Additionally, even when the furniture such as a bed and a bookshelf is desired to be arranged adjacently to the opening 28 of the unit building frame 1 or even when the furniture cannot help but be arranged adjacently to the opening 28, an access route to the kitchen table 14 from the share space 23 is secured; and thus, the kitchen table 14 can be used without hindrance.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly type sanitary unit installable in any indoor space without giving a user a uncomfortable feeling, being applied to application of remodeling for adding this sanitary unit in an existing house, and achieving excellent general-purpose property.
      SOLUTION: This assembly type sanitary unit includes a three-dimensional unit skeleton 1 composed of a skeleton frame 3, a ceiling panel 4 and a floor panel 5 covering upper and lower faces of the skeleton frame 3, and a wall body 8. The unit skeleton 1 has an inner room 6 storing water use facilities including at least a bath tub 51 and allowing the user to come in and out of the inner room 6 from the outside. The wall body 8 has a double inner and outer structure constituted by an interior wall 26 having waterproof functions and an exterior wall 27 having a decorative finish. The interior wall 26 and the exterior wall 27 are constituted by wall panels 28 and 29 made of metallic plates and buffering materials 30 and 31 each fixed on one face of them. The interior wall 26 and the exterior wall 27 are opposingly arranged inside and outside while an air layer is provided between the buffering materials 30 and 31.

A lateral surface of a holding concave portion of the latch is inclined such that an opening side of the lateral surface is located closer to a bottom surface of the first entrance concave portion than its counter-opening side. A bottom surface of the holding concave portion is closer to an imaginary center line of the first entrance concave portion than one lateral surface of the first entrance concave portion so that a catching-capable dimension for the striker is set between the bottom surface of the holding concave portion and another lateral surface of the first entrance concave portion.

    • A communication system has a communication control unit, communication terminal units and communication units. The communication control unit and the communication terminal units communicate according to a first protocol. The communication units mutually communicate according to a second protocol. A specific communication unit of the communication units has a data analyzer and a data transmitter. The data analyzer judges whether or not second monitoring information represents a steady state.
