    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which does not give damage to the skin and prevents development of slacking due to excess displacement of the skin.
SOLUTION: When a driving section 17 actuates, a shaft 7 rotates in the forward rotation direction by a predetermined angle. After that, the driving section 17 changes its rotation direction and rotates in the reverse rotation direction. When the shaft 7 rotates in the reverse rotation direction by a predetermined angle, the driving section 17 then rotates in the forward rotation direction again. During the course, the rotation angle of the driving section 17 in the forward rotation direction and the rotation angle of the driving section in the reverse rotation direction are almost identical. The shaft 7 thus carries out a reciprocating rotation movement of a predetermined angle and does not accumulate rotation while changing rotation direction between forward and reverse. With such a configuration, slippage does not occur between a distal end of a brush 5 and the skin while using the massage machine by abutting the distal end of the brush 5 on the skin being the massage object.

A thermal insulating layer 16 is formed between the inner housing 13 and the outer housing 15 using a space therebetween. A heat dissipating body 17 is included in an upper portion of the inner housing 13. A lid 18 is included in an upper portion of the outer housing 15. The whole outer faces of the inner and the outer housings 13 and 15 are each covered with a thermal insulating material 20. Thereby, in the nighttime, the temperature of the battery 12 is maintained using the least necessary amount of heat generated and, thereby, the electronic apparatus 11 and the battery 12 are protected from an ultralow temperature. In the daytime, the lid 18 is opened and heat is discharged using the heat dissipating body 17 and, thereby, the electronic apparatus 11 and the battery 12 are protected from a high temperature.

    • A printer driver conserves recording paper by removing blank space formed at the top and bottom of each page when printing. The printer driver acquires the coordinates of the top and bottom of the part of the print image, and calculates the page length required to print the middle area between the top and bottom blank space areas based on these coordinates. The print data for printing this middle area is then extracted and printed. When printing is completed, the recording paper is conveyed only the difference between the page length and the transportation distance of the recording paper to set the print head to a position separated only the page length from the printing start position of the area print data, that is, to a position touching the middle area. As a result, blank space between the middle areas of consecutively printed pages is eliminated.
