    • An anti-skid pavement road and a method for paving a road are provided to prevent a vehicle from sliding on the road by paving the road with pavement mortar consisting of MMA resin, a PS ball, silica and reinforced glass powder. A method for paving a road comprises the steps of stirring 20 to 60% of MMA(Methyl Methacrylate) resin with 10 to 30% of PS ball and silica by using a stirring device, coating the mixture on the ground, forming a rough surface by polishing a road coated with the mixture by using a polishing machine, curing the road for 20 minutes to 2 hours, and forming a coating layer by spraying melamine resin or epoxy resin on the road. Reinforced glass powder is further added to the mixture. The surface of the road is heated such that the MMA resin is uniformly dispersed.
