    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic cell of an apparatus for generating a mixture gas of hydrogen and oxygen, the electrolytic cell capable of efficiently generating a hydrogen oxygen mixture gas.
      SOLUTION: The electrolytic cell 100 of an apparatus for generating a mixture gas of hydrogen and oxygen, which generates and outputs a mixture gas of hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of water, includes: a pair of planar electrolytic cell covers 110a and 110b disposed bilaterally symmetric to each other, to which a DC power supply is applied via the anode and the cathode at the respective center portions of the covers; an electrolytic cell body 120, which is bonded to each of the electrolytic cell cover, which includes a plurality of electrode plates, an assembled insulating box to insulate the electrode plates from inner faces on the left, right, top and bottom of an electrolytic chamber, and an assembled insulating member for keeping a gap among the plurality of electrode plates and for insulating the electrode plates, and which has the electrolytic chamber inside; and a gas collecting tank 160 where the generated hydrogen oxygen mixture gas is accumulated. Further, the electrolytic cell is insulated by placing two insulating plates 170a, 170b at two positions, respectively, between the pair of planar electrolytic cell covers 110a, 110b and the bonding contact portions of the electrolytic cell body 120.

    • A method for supporting handoff and preventing data loss in mobile communications networks is provided. The method for a mobile node establishing a mobile Internet protocol (MIP) with at least one or more wireless packet service systems, each of which has a serving GPRS support node (SGSN) and a gateway GPRS support node (GGSN), includes: a first SGSN connected to the mobile node transmitting predetermined first connection information on the mobile node to at least one or more second SGSNs adjacent to the first SGSN; the second SGSN receiving the first connection information storing the first connection information as a database item, and transmitting 1 first connection acknowledgement message to the first SGSN; if reception of the connection acknowledgement message is successful, the first GGSN connected to the first SGSN transmitting predetermined second connection information on the mobile node to at least one or more second GGSNs connected to the second SGSN; and the second GGSN receiving the second connection information and then transmitting a second connection acknowledgement message to the second GGSN. By transmitting information on a mobile node required for handoff to adjacent foreign agents (FAs) in advance, when handoff is performed, reliable handoff can be performed quickly without resetting and releasing a PPP, such that IP mobility services can be provided.
