The top part of the rain shutter door is fixed to a wall surface by a hinge-like metal fitting, and the rain shutter door is pulled up from a lower part and opened, and fixed at an optional position by a leg part or the like so as to be utilized in a roof shape. Or, the bottom part of the rain shutter door is fixed to a sill or the like, and the rain shutter door is pulled down from an upper part and opened, and fixed at a position of 90 degrees, that is, a position in parallel to a floor surface of a house, so as to be utilized as the floor surface. When the rain shutter door is utilized as the floor surface, a foundation or the like has to be installed in consideration of load situations.

An upper face is made to be an opening at a rectangular cross-section as a shape of the storage cover. A lid that can freely be opened/closed is arranged at the upper face opening, and the lid is opened. Thus, the cord can easily be stored from above. A length of the storage cover is set to be about 50 cm and a coupling part 3 is installed. Thus, the cover can freely be extended. The openings 5 and plug spaces 6 are formed everywhere. Thus, wiring of the cord can be stored to a close range of the electric appliance. A cord hook 4 for winding the cord is arranged inside the storage cover and the surplus cord can easily be stored. During washing work, the scale on the handle 2 is confirmed beforehand, or after lever operation, the scale on the handle 2 is speedily set to a target value and washing work or the like is performed. Thus, during washing work, an accurate quantity of water to be discharged can be obtained without spending much time and efforts for fine adjustment of the lever, thereby improving work efficiency.

This makes enormous water pressure from an inland side escape upward so as to accelerate drainage, and enables a structure to become more solid by the support section.
