    • A build up edge monitoring method is provided for performing online real-time detection and suppression of abnormal build up edges of cutters occurred in a CNC manufacturing process. Signal variation analysis and fast Fourier transform are used for analyzing signals and establishing an algorithm of diagnosing build up edges to improve the efficiency and reliability of the cutting abnormality diagnostics. A vibration acceleration signal is captured and filtered to a frequency exceeding 1.1 times of a blade passing frequency, and an occurrence of accumulated chips is determined according to a sudden increase of the vibration acceleration and whether the main vibration frequency of the current vibration signal determined by a fast Fourier transform analysis matches with the frequency of the build up edge characteristic, and a shutdown instruction is issued to a CNC controller to shut down a cutting machine.

    • A toggle-type positioning platform including a first platform, a motor, a screw rod, a second platform and a linkage is provided. The motor and the screw rod are disposed on the first platform; the motor is coupled to the screw rod and suitable for driving the screw rod to rotate. The second platform is above the first platform and is suitable for moving back and forth alternately along a predetermined path, wherein an included angle exists between an extended direction of the predetermined path and the screw rod. The linkage is disposed between the first platform and the second platform, and is connected between the second platform and the screw rod. The linkage is driven by the rotation of the screw rod, to drive the second platform to move along he predetermined path. Accordingly, the positioning precision of the toggle-type positioning platform is enhanced.

The same image retrieving apparatus measures the first distance for the width of the similar gray-level region of cutting-surface from the first angle, and measures the second distance for the width of the similar gray-level region of cutting-surface from the first angle superimposing the second angle. The width of the similar gray-level region of cutting-surface comprises the cutting-surface and the shadow of the bottom portion of the cutting-surface. And then the cutting-surface depth is calculated according to the first angle, the second angle, the first distance, and the second distance.

An air tube fitting opening is connected with an air tube which contains a suction cup. A jet faucet fitting opening connects with a jet faucet, and the jet faucet is connected with an air supply hose. The user need only eject the high pressure air into the vacuum ejector to generate suction under the suction cup. This process achieves the function of saving time and effort, increasing user safety, and decreasing the negative impact on the strength of the sheet metal.
